DragonballZ is an anime/manga that has been in production for a very long time. It is set in the time period in which Goku,a sayjin born humanoid alien was placed on earth during the destruction of his own world. He has grown up and is now ready to fight his way to dominance in the world of martial arts. The young and energetic Goku is faced with several different challenges and will have to face them on his own, with his friends and with people from the future at times. The energetic Goku is known to face seemingly powerful opponents that seem to get stronger as time progresses.

The young Goku will eventually marry and have his own sons and they too will become strong martial artists. Goku eventually dies and makes his way to the afterlife where he makes his way out of the afterlife by winning martial arts tournaments. He them comes back to teach everyone about what happens to you after you were once gone and will continue to get more powerful as time goes on. He is known to save the world plenty of times and the series is still going strong. You can be sure to see more of the wacky antics after DragonballZ and into the DragonballGT saga. There are several great things about this series and it has been known to be a very long run series at times!
